ACCESS helps guide low-income Jackson County families and individuals through economic crisis with 15 programs designed to address issues from one-time emergencies to longer-term issues. Some of the needs that ACCESS can assist with include: housing, food assistance, energy and weatherization assistance, and information or referrals to other agencies.

The Ashland Community Resource Center (ACRC) offers a clean and safe environment to access services and get assistance. This center is a one-stop location in Ashland “where anyone can come and connect with a variety of community resources.” These services include: case management, resource referrals, assistance in locating employment, bus passes, restrooms/facilities, hygiene products, cell phone charging, internet access, and educational opportunities. Additionally, the ACRC has a mobile trailer which changes locations in Ashland offering access to showers and laundry facilities.
