About Fine Arts

The Logos Fine Arts Department is dedicated to developing strong student artists who are creative problem solvers with the critical thinking skills and artistic abilities–developed through academic rigor, disciplined practice, and sustained diligence–necessary to express their ideas and engage the world around them.

Volunteer with Fine Arts!
As a volunteer at Logos you can help in a number of ways. Please contact a teacher above to volunteer in the Fine Arts area of your choice. As a prerequisite to volunteering, Medford School District 549c requires that a background check be filled out by each volunteer. Once you fill out the form, we will let you know when we receive approval. We thank you for your contribution to the success of our students!

Our Program

Mission: Our motto, Better Together, summarizes the philosophy that drives our department. Better meaning that we create art, and theater of the highest quality. Together meaning that we emphasize community in the creative process. We live out this philosophy by creating art, and theater for three reasons:

Vision:

For Artists—We reflect excellence by creating high-quality work; Ars Gratia Artis!

For Others—We give away our work as a gift to our community

For Fun– We prioritize relationships with our creative collaborators

We are excited to welcome you to the Visual & Theater Arts community, and we look forward to partnering with you this year!

Robin Holden

Hello! I'm the Visual Arts & Drama teacher at Logos. Creating makes me happy! I enjoy film, illustration, photography, ceramics and exploring the Rogue Valley & coast with my boys. Licensed in Visual Art & Drama for 15+ years, the highlight of my career is seeing my students create and perform works of art. I look forward to offering every student new opportunities to shine and take their skills to the next level.
