Scholars Academy

About our Scholars Academy

Early college! Scholars Academy offers a dynamic program for motivated, independent 11th & 12th graders ready to challenge themselves. Students attend Rogue Community College (RCC) and/or Southern Oregon University  full-time based on their own educational goals and personalized education plan.

Students receive ongoing personal guidance in course selection, registration, monitoring of academic progress, and much more. Working with the Scholars Academy and RCC advisors, scholars explore their interests, determine their educational and career goals, and create their future!

Priceless benefits!

  • Free college! $5,000 scholarship covering tuition, books, and fees.
  • Earn college credit towards an associate’s degree or certificate.
  • Compete with your local high school sports teams.
  • Create your own schedule! In college, students don’t spend five days a week, six hours a day in a classroom.
