Meet Our School Board
The school board meets every other month on the second Monday. The meetings are open to public attendance and are held at the school:
1203 N. Ross Ln., Medford, OR 97501 at 5:30 p.m.

Col. Dave Dotterrer, former County Commissioner, served as a career Marine, a consultant with the Defense Department, and a budget analyst in the Oregon State Legislature. During his career in the Marine Corps, he commanded units of up to 1300 Marines and managed multi-million dollar budgets, retiring as a Colonel. Col. Dotterrer earned two Masters Degrees, a master's in military history and another master's in national security strategy and policy, as well as worked in the strategic planning arena in the Pentagon giving him expertise in strategic planning and policy development As a consultant with the Defense Department, he worked on operational analysis and test issues as well as leading teams which prepared proposals to the Defense Department. Finally, as a budget coordinator and analyst, he gained extensive experience in state budgets and policy issues.

Patrick Rochon is an Oregon Native that has lived in the Rogue Valley for 11 years with his wife and 5 children. Since moving to Medford from the Oregon coast, Patrick has worked at Providence and continued his education. Patrick was home schooled from 5th grade through high school and recognizes the importance of supporting families in their effort to provide the best education for their children. Patrick brings with him experience gained through work in community relations and project management as Injury Prevention and Emergency Management Coordinator at Providence Medford Medical Center. He also brings experience from prior work for the Oregon Dept. of Correction, as a carpenter and a Fire Capt. to the table in his dedication to serving the community.
Patrick enjoys playing the guitar with his children (4 of 5 play the guitar) as well as a good game of “I spy with my little eye”.

Hiram Kinney brings to the LPCS Board nearly 4 decades of business industry experience in Southern Oregon. He is a retired senior business banking relationship manager for a bank in Medford. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in music from Southern Oregon University. Kinney has numerous outside interests including fly fishing, sport-shooting, leather-working, and he adds, “spoiling 3 grandchildren,” who also live in the Rogue Valley.

Amanda graduated from Southern Oregon University in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. She is a partner at Moss Adams, where she has worked since 2000. She focuses on serving clients in the government and not-for-profit industries. She is well-versed in audits in accordance with Government Auditing Standards. Amanda leads the not-for-profit and government group in the firm’s Medford office.

Jamus was born and raised in Medford Oregon and graduated from Cascade Christian high school in Jacksonville, Oregon. After high school, he toured with a band for 2 years that was based out of San Jose, California, met his wife, and helped a friend open a coffee shop in Melbourne, Florida. After starting a family they moved back to Medford and Jamus went through the electrical apprenticeship program. Jamus was an electrician for 13 years when he made a career change and followed his dream to become a firefighter.
Jamus enjoys going on vacations with his wife and 2 sons, snowboarding, and watching the Green Bay Packers. He also enjoys “helping out my community and watching our town grow.”

Rick Cornelius has more than 20 years of experience in Commercial and Business Banking with a robust credit background and known for being solutions driven and a strong client advocate. He is a fifth generation Oregonian, United States Marine Corps Veteran, and graduate of the premier Pacific Coast Banking School, University of Washington, and the Washington Bankers Associations Executive Development Program. Living in Jackson County Oregon, married for 27 years with four successful children and he enjoys outdoor activities.

Allan was born in Coos Bay and was raised in Eugene, Oregon. Allan earned a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Oregon State University and then spent 7 years as a U.S. Naval officer flying fighter jets from aircraft carriers. After a 5 year stint as a manager at Chrysler Corporation, Allan returned to school earning his Law Degree from the University of Oregon School of Law. Allan has lived in Medford for 26 years and is a retired Senior Deputy District Attorney for Jackson County. Allan and his wife of 42 years raised two children here in the Rogue Valley and are currently enjoying watching their 7 grandchildren grow up.
